- to be able to run 15 km and to swim 1 km without pause
- to be familiar with moving on ropes (in horizontal and in vertical directions too)
- not to be afraid of the height
- to have strength and endurance
- to hold your own body-weight
- not to give way to despair on swampy and on reedy terrains
